Ethan at Expert Pest Management is exceptional! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain everything including what he's going to do and then next steps. We really appreciate Ethan's kind demeanor and excellent approach. I would highly recommend Expert Pest Management to anyone that is having pest issues. As soon as we noticed our problem, they were able to send somebody out the next morning. Truly excellent service.

Great and kind service from the first call through the first visit with Joe. Joe took the time to educate us on what he saw and how he planned to treat our home. He went the extra mile to ensure he handled all of our concerns, we have been extremely happy with the results. Thank you!!

I live in a mobile home, and I kept hearing noises in my dryer vent, so I waited and the noises went away, then they came back then, they went away. And I finally was like, I need to have somebody, take a look at this. I called expert pest, and they came out and they did their very best. I believe there was four of them. I wish I had the guy's names. That came out, but this was back in May and I am just now writing the review, what a great group of guys they came out and they tried so hard, they looked under my skirting, they looked in my dryer vent, they came inside, they pulled out the dryer vent, they looked, they pulled out my dryer, they looked everywhere, to try to find something not to try to charge me more, but to reassure me that they couldn't find anything, and I just thought it was, wonderful, what a great experience, and if I ever have the need, I will be calling them again. what a great group of guys. They were kind, they were mindful, and I can't say enough , in fact, the one younger it was actually his first day on the job. So that was cool.

Have been using this company for years for quarterly treatments as well as a termite treatment. They are reliable and we have noticed a significant difference since using them. Far better than a different company we have used in the past. The technician Joe often is the one to do our treatments and he is always extremely kind and thorough.

I highly recommend and praise Expert Pest Management!! Jason arrived right on time today for our scheduled appointment. Wasn't sure exactly what I had going on because only some debris was on my basement floor, and he was able to climb a ladder and look up to find some mouse droppings. None of the droppings were on my floor, just above, located in the ceiling where there already was a cut-out from a former project. The previous owners of my home obviously had treated for mice in the past and he found confirmation of that. Inspection outside, Jason also spotted many bees around the peak of my roof and I said YES, please take care of that while you are here. Jason was extremely thorough and very pleasant to do business with, and I appreciate his expertise in this field. Some companies just push and push with aggressive contracts and fees and I was pleasantly surprised with Jason and Expert Pest Management leaving those decisions up to me and whatever I wanted taken care of. Will I call them again for a Spring treatment??! Absolutely!!! I will continue to give them my business. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and taking care of the problem!
