It is hard to imagine that something so small can be so destructive. However, there is always a solution for your problem.
Squirrels may cause problems for homeowners by nesting in their attic, or in the exterior of the structure. They enter attics for warmth and safety; and often to birth, nest, and raise a litter. These pests are savage chewers and will gnaw their way through wooden structures to gain access to the interior. Once inside, they normally make scratching noises (usually at sunrise and sunset), leave droppings all over, and endanger all attic structures including electrical wires. This poses a fire risk.

Evidence of Squirrels
Let’s start with the most obvious indication, strange sounds coming from our walls or attic. In checking your home, if you find an entry point around your roof shingles or a gap in between your siding is another strong indicator.
Another sign is finding squirrel droppings, this is a bit more difficult as squirrel and bat droppings look the same. You may also smell a foul odor coming from within your attic, or even see squirrel footprints. There also may be chewed up insulation, electrical wires, or other damage caused by the squirrel. This is where an experienced pest control company is necessary for your own safety.
Expert Pest Squirrel Program
Our squirrel program consists of two to three visits, as needed. On the first visit, the treatment will begin with a thorough inspection on the exterior and he will locate the main entry points. He will also inspect your attic so please make it accessible.
He will be placing a one-way door system which is highly recommended by the game commissioner and we can schedule all of the follow-up appointments now and you will not need to be home. The follow-up visits are scheduled every 5-7 Days. Expert will seal a maximum of 2 entry points equaling a 2ft X 2ft area if we can reach them safely.
With this program you will receive a detailed report and a full written 30-day warranty from the completion date.
**If you are not sure if you have squirrels** we can perform a wildlife inspection. The inspection would be $100 plus tax and that would be credited towards the program that you do need.
(In the event, the inspection concludes that the problem is not squirrels; you will be charged the inspection fee. However, if you accept the new service, the fee will be credited towards your new program.)
If you do need to reschedule or cancel, we would like to be notified no later than 4pm the day before your appointment to avoid a service call fee.
This program will not cover cockroaches, wood- boring, flying, pharaoh ants or biting insects.

Our quarterly program is ideal because it provides the most protection against insects and rodents.
Expert will apply liquid treatments in and around your structure 4 times a year.
There are two interior treatment in summer and winter, with the winter treatment receiving an attic inspection.
There are two exterior treatments, spring and fall with the fall receiving rodent inspection along the foundation and appropriate sealing of entry points.
Seasonal
Expert will apply liquid treatments in and around your structure 3 times a year.
There is one interior treatment in summer.

Residential Monthly
While our Quarterly Program is normally sufficient, there are some pest issues that require more visits, such as cockroaches. Our Residential Monthly service is designed to offer you year-round protection from even the most persistent of pests.
