Evidence of Flies
You will able to see the adult flies. Normally, they are resting on walls, surfaces, garbage cans, and on windows. You may notice their larvae (maggots) inside your trash or on rotting food left out.
Expert Pest Fly Program
Expert Pest will advise you of the most effective way to control your pest with a complete sanitation report of all breeding areas.
We do recommend that you receive a minimum of three follow-up visits. The first monthly visit is included in your initial quote.
In the event, the inspection concludes that the problem is not small flies; there will be a $100 inspection fee. However, if you accept the new service that our professional offers for that pest, the fee will be credited towards that service.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, we would need to know by 4pm the day before service to avoid being charged a service call fee.
This program will not cover cockroaches, wood-boring insects, other flying insects, pharaoh ants or biting insects.
Tips For Fly Prevention
- Clean up food debris and spills immediately.
- Any fruit you buy, wash the outside thoroughly and dry (if you keep your fruit outside the refrigerator)
- Keep your garbage disposal and sinks clean.
- Remove garbage regularly to an outside bin.
- If you do not use a certain drain/sink often, keep the drain covered.
- Seal window screens and doors.
- Keep kitchen clear of left out food.
- Have a garbage can with a lid inside the home.
Preventative Programs
Expert Pest Management offers various types of Preventative Programs to fit all of your pest control needs.
Quarterly
Our quarterly program is ideal because it provides the most protection against insects and rodents.
Expert will apply liquid treatments in and around your structure 4 times a year.
There are two interior treatment in summer and winter, with the winter treatment receiving an attic inspection.
There are two exterior treatments, spring and fall with the fall receiving rodent inspection along the foundation and appropriate sealing of entry points.
Seasonal
Expert will apply liquid treatments in and around your structure 3 times a year.
There is one interior treatment in summer.

Residential Monthly
While our Quarterly Program is normally sufficient, there are some pest issues that require more visits, such as cockroaches. Our Residential Monthly service is designed to offer you year-round protection from even the most persistent of pests.
