Our prices are very competitive based on the amount and quality of service you receive. Additionally, we credit the cost of the inspection towards your service as a THANK YOU to our customers, while other companies might add on additional fees to recoup fees.
Due to the difference in size and construction of various structures, it is important that our service professional performs a thorough inspection and measurement. This is to positively identify that the problem you are having is in fact with termites. Our Expert technician will then fill out a termite graph which shows in detail a complete plan of action.
Expert now offers 2 (two) Termite Control Programs.
Liquid Application:
This program consists of a 1 (one) time treatment
around the exterior of your foundation.
This comes with a 5 (five) year warranty with a yearly renewal and a
thorough inspection.
Sentricon Bating System:
Expert Pest Management will install a termite baiting station every 10 to 15 feet around your
structure.
We are now partnering with Sentricon.
The #1 reason is that Expert Pest Management’s software and Sentricon’s software integrate.
The second reason is that their termite systems are technologically advanced and
Expert Pest Management can now use scanners to monitor termite activity within the stations.
Another motivating factor is that the bait is prepackaged and ready to be placed
into the station. Expert Pest Management service techs will no longer have to mix the bait into a “dough-like”
paste.
This comes with a 5 (five) year warranty with a yearly renewal and a
thorough inspection.

Preventative Maintenance Programs
Expert Pest Management offers various types of Preventative Programs to fit all of your pest control needs.
Quarterly
This service will maintain insect control, PLUS add
long term protection against other common household pests such as ants,
cluster flies, hornets, lady bugs, mice, spiders, and wasps.
Expert will treat your structure 4 times a year.
There are three exterior treatments in spring, summer and fall, with any interior spot
treatments if needed.
In the winter, we will provide an interior treatment with an attic inspection.
Seasonal
Expert will apply liquid treatments in and around your structure 3 times a year.
There is one interior treatment in summer.
There are two exterior treatments, spring and fall with the fall receiving rodent inspection along the foundation and appropriate sealing of entry points.
