I live in a mobile home, and I kept hearing noises in my dryer vent, so I waited and the noises went away, then they came back then,they went away. And I finally was like, I need to have somebody, take a look at this. I called expert pest, and they came out and they did their very best. I believe there was four of them. I wish I had the guy's names.  That came out, but this was back in May and I am just now writing the review,what a great group of guys  they came out and they tried so hard, they looked under my skirting, they looked in my dryer vent, they came inside, they pulled out the dryer vent, they looked, they pulled out my dryer, they looked everywhere, to try to find something not to try to charge me more,but to reassure me that they couldn't find anything, and I just thought it was, wonderful, what a great experience, and if I ever have the need, I will be calling them again. what a great group of guys. They were kind, they were mindful, and I can't say enough , in fact, the one younger it was actually his first day on the job. So that was cool.

Wasn't sure exactly what I had going on because only some debris was on my basement floor, and he was able to climb a ladder and look up to find some mouse droppings.  None of the droppings were on my floor, just above, located in the ceiling where there already was a cut-out from a former project.  The previous owners of my home obviously had treated for mice in the past and he found confirmation of that.  Inspection outside, Jason also spotted many bees around the peak of my roof and I said YES, please take care of that while you are here.  Jason was extremely thorough and very pleasant to do business with, and I appreciate his expertise in this field.  Some companies just push and push with aggressive contracts and fees and I was pleasantly surprised with Jason and Expert Pest Management leaving those decisions up to me and whatever I wanted taken care of.
