Roaches - You think you couldn't possibly get roaches because you live in Pittsburgh. That's a southern bug! Not true.  Roaches are attracted to food left out, dirty dishes in the sink,  or places where water is standing or leaking. Tips to Keep the Pests Away at the Holidays

• After baking, be sure to clean the counters and floor. We can be messy when we are baking.
• Put leftover candy in a sealed container (if there's any left).
• Store cookies in a sealed container or place in holiday tins ready to give away to your friends and neighbors.
• Eat the cookies that you put out for Santa, don't let them sit out overnight.
• Seal cracks or openings around windows, doors to deny them entry in the first place.
